Please complete this registration form to participate as a Partner or Sponsor for PACRAO 2025! Be sure to review the Sponsorship Packages before completing this form. Some sponsors will have an opportunity to present how their products and services can meet the needs of the membership via a booth in the exhibit hall and conference sessions. All sponsorships include a Thank You announcement in the annual conference script, 1 year of PACRAO Associate Membership, a link to your website on the PACRAO homepage for 1 year, 1 booth* at the annual conference, and a 10 second* rotating ad in Guidebook. There are a limited number of packages with exhibit hall booth and presentation slots.
*Diamond sponsors receive a double booth and a 20 second rotating ad.

ALL PACKAGES ARE SOLD ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. YOU WILL SELECT YOUR PACKAGE/SPONSORSHIP LEVEL DURING REGISTRATION. .

 Note: if you select a package that includes a booth or presentation you will receive additional details in a separate email from the BPL after registration.  

BOOTH RENTAL CHARGE: Booth packages are sold on a first come first serve basis. The booth cost is included in fee for these packages. Packages are selected during registration. For packages including booths cancellations must be made prior to August 31st to receive a full refund. After August 31st $950 is non-refundable. Diamond partners receive double booth space. Registration fees are due at time of registration and paid via credit card.in the online registration system. Fees include all the sponsorship benefits listed in each package plus access to all conference meals and events.
