Our Student Affairs Division, Enrollment Services Unit is seeking to hire a full-time Director of Academic Advising. This position demonstrates strong, thoughtful leadership and management of the Academic Advising Department employees in a unionized workplace. The incumbent coordinates activities in the Transfer Center in collaboration with college and university partners. The Director of Academic Advising works collaboratively across all college division on enrollment, retention and success initiatives.

The Director of Advising leads and oversees the creation of articulation agreements, and works closely with both managers and staff within the following areas in the Student Affairs Division: Recruitment & Admissions, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, Testing, Center for Accessibility Resources, TRiO/TRiO STEM, Student Engagement, and Mental Health and Wellness, among others.

Required Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Education, Educational Leadership Psychology/Counseling, Teaching or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
- Documented training in leadership and supervision.
- Three (3) or more years serving as an academic advisor in higher education.
- Three (3) or more years of supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in budget development and management.
