Position Reports to: Director of Academic Administration
Positions Supervised: Assistant Registrars, Student Record Specialist
POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all student-related data in database management systems and official student records. The Registrar is responsible for implementing academic policy as it pertains to student registration, academic records, evaluation of transfer credits, audits of the student record for degree eligibility, the proctor process, and external reporting and compliance. The Registrar should positively represent the University at all times.
POSITION DETAILS
Hybrid Position - Required to work on campus 2 - 3 days each week.

Education/Certification: |
Master’s degree strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. |
Required Knowledge: |

Experience Required: |
Three to five years’ experience in increasing University administrative experience (preferably in Registrar’s Office) required. Experience with student database management or other database management is preferred. |
Skills/Abilities: |
Information management skills. Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Detail-oriented organizational and management skills are required for this service-oriented position. |
