Job Summary/Basic Function:
Position will counsel and advise students, faculty, and/or staff. Develop, manage, and assess the quality of enrollment services, processes, and programs. Develop and manage the resolution of problems and challenges regarding the enrollment, retention, and graduation of students. Manage major business processes Develop, manage, and assess the effectiveness of special projects and assignments.

The Assistant Registrar for Degree Progress will manage strategic projects related to degree completion and student success. Projects may include curricular analytics, progress toward degree evaluations, and adjudication of administrative academic petitions, as well as other projects as assigned by the University Registrar.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
One year full-time college employment experience in enrollment services, institutional research, data analytics, registration, admissions, financial aid, student services, academic advisement, athletic eligibility, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or professional degree, university policy experience (e.g., policy analysis, university petitions/policy exceptions, and/or NCAA policy), strong analytical skills, and project management experience.

The position has a minimum starting annual salary of $41,000. The position comes with a generous benefits package.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
