Job Summary/Basic Function:
Counsel and advise students, faculty, and/or staff. Manage and ensure quality of enrollment services, processes, and programs. Manage the resolution of problems and challenges regarding the enrollment, retention, and graduation of students. Assist in the management of major business processes. Manage special projects and assignments

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
One year full-time college employment experience in academic advisement, registrar’s services, admissions, financial aid, student services, enrollment services, administrative experience, or equivalent experience.



Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree

Experience with the higher education transfer process and articulation.

Assistant Registrar for Transfer Coordination – This role will be responsible for coordinating transfer across campus and with our University partners. Specifically, this role will be involved in the execution of the transfer process for the University, which includes the supervision of transcription, articulation, and facilitating articulation agreements for the institution. This role will report to the Associate Registrar for Records and Transfer Articulation. The annual salary for this position starts at $41,000 and may go up from there depending on candidate qualifications. The position comes with a generous benefits package.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
