Student Services and Enrollment Management
The University of Oregon Office of Admissions is a part of the Division of Student Services and Enrollment Management and includes approximately 60 staff who are all engaged in the work of recruitment and outreach to prospective undergraduates, and making thoughtful decisions on all applicants for freshman, transfer, and post-baccalaureate undergraduate admission.
The Division of Student Services and Enrollment Management (SSEM) is a complex organization that includes the Office of Admissions, the SSEM Central Office, Continuing and Professional Education, SSEM Events, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, Office of the Registrar, Student Orientation Programs, Strategic Communications and Marketing, University Health Services, and University Housing.
The Assistant Vice President for Student Services and Enrollment Management, Director of Admissions (AVP) develops and directs fiscal and resource strategies, plans, and policies for the SSEM division. The AVP focuses on strategic processes consistent with the university's enrollment goals and provides leadership in collaboration with other AVPs and Directors for the successful planning of resources, processes, and technology to ensure effective operations that affect all potential and enrolled students, as well as academic units.

Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree.
Ten years’ experience in higher education within student services or strategic enrollment management.
