Job Details

Gonzaga University seeks an experienced and strategic enrollment professional to serve as its next Senior Director of Graduate Enrollment Management.

Reporting directly to the Associate Provost for Enrollment Management, the new Senior Director will work closely with the Associate Provost to develop and refine innovative graduate student enrollment strategies. A strategic mindset is a must, as is readiness to join an office that is growing and innovating in its approaches to graduate admission, marketing, and student services.

Leading the day-to-day work of the graduate enrollment management team, and working in collaboration with campus colleagues, the Senior Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of an ambitious goal- and mission-driven enrollment plan throughout all phases of graduate student recruitment, admission, enrollment, matriculation and retention processes. The Senior Director oversees an office consisting of 19 full-time staff members and is responsible for a $2 Million operating budget for the Office of Graduate Enrollment Management. A bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.

Gonzaga offers 75 undergraduate majors and programs, 25 master's degrees, a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies, a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Doctor of Nursing Anesthesia Practice, a Doctor in Psychology in School Psychology, and a Juris Doctor through the School of Law. While communication and collaboration with the School of Law is essential, the Office of Graduate Enrollment Management is not responsible for School of Law enrollment management. Gonzaga offers both On-Campus and Online programs of study. More information on graduate programs can be found here:

Gonzaga, the oldest and largest Roman Catholic university in the Pacific Northwest, is an independent comprehensive institution that educates and inspires its nearly 7,300 students to shape a better world through critical thinking, creativity, leadership, service, and faith. Gonzaga's educational philosophy is rooted in the centuries-old Jesuit model of holistically educating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
